Daysha had her 4 month appt. on January 9th, she weighs 13 lbs and grew 4 inches from her 2 month appt. to this one and is now 25 1/4 inches! The nurse actually re-measured her height as is was such a significant growth! She had her shots and did really well, cried for a few minutes and then was over it! She still has her little rip curl mohawk, which I love, not sure what I'll do when it grows out - and of course she's just as adorable as ever! She's been nursing exclusively for the last three months and I was getting a little worried that she wouldn't take a bottle becuase we've been trying diligently and she wouldn't have anything to do with it, until about a week ago! I tried giving her a new binki and to my surprise she took it (she took one for a couple days at Christmas time but didn't want anything to do with it after a couple days), so I thought, hey I'm going to give the bottle a try and she took that too! Woo hoo. I have a little more flexibilty now and I think she is actually sleeping a little better now that she has her binki and is going a little longer between eating (from 2 hours to 3) which is nice! At her appt. her doctor said we could start to introducte rice cereal so we mixed it with a little milk and she seemed to really like it, we actually got some in her belly (I think!). I was eating an apple a couple days ago and decided to see if she liked it, boy she didn't want to let it go - it was super cute watching her suck on it with apple juice dripping down her chin! I think she's going to be a good eater, like her dad, open to try anything!

Great Pic's! Did you have any doubt that Daysha would be a great eater?? The grinder will work great for any type of fruit and eventually for your daily gourmet delights!! Wow! what a fast grower and cute as ever!!

Too cute you guys! watch out Kar, now Zane's going to feed her whatever he feels like when you're not around. Watch out for the diapers, they get really nasty from now on....
I thought it was so fun when Rylee started eating. Just to see the look on her face when she tried the new food and see how she gobbled it down. She always seemed to get it all over her face too. Daysha seems to be a pretty clean eater or you guys are really careful. Anyway enjoy it while it lasts, now I have to bribe Rylee to try new things.
